How it works
- Not for you? $60 back. Use it daily for 30 days. If it isn't for you, we refund $60.
- Your first 2- or 3-bottle order. It covers your first order of 2 or 3 bottles placed on tryprotokode.com, and it's the same $60 on either. 1-bottle orders and later orders aren't covered.
- Ask between day 30 and day 75. Days count from delivery. Email support@tryprotokode.com with your order number.
- Keep the bottles. There's nothing to send back, and no photos to take.
- One per person. The guarantee is yours once, on your first 2- or 3-bottle order.
- We confirm by email. We find your order and reply by email.
- $60 back within 5 business days. The refund goes to your original payment method within 5 business days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- Talk to us first. The guarantee isn't available while a chargeback or payment dispute is open on the order, so email us first and we'll sort it out together.
- Your order keeps it. We may stop offering the guarantee on new orders at any time, but orders already placed always keep it.
- Separate from Replacements. A damaged, leaking, missing, wrong or lost parcel is covered by Replacements, not by the guarantee.
How to ask
Between day 30 and day 75 after delivery, email support@tryprotokode.com with the subject "$60 guarantee" and your order number. That's all we need.
If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing
That's covered by Replacements. Email us within 7 days of the delivery scan with photos, and we send a free replacement with nothing to send back. Lost parcels are traced and reshipped. See our Shipping policy and Returns & refunds for the details.
